Bill Gates
Bill Gates can be reached on LinkedIn.com™, If you know his e-mail address; he might network with you. (Really!)
Bill Gates recently stepped away from Microsoft™ Day-to-Day Operations.
This has not lessened my day-to-day frustration with Microsoft Windows™

Helpful Hint
or
How to open your Microsoft™ packaging
Microsoft Windows Vista™ hasn't been well received by many people, regarded as cumbersome and memory intensive, incompatible with too many other products, and just not what it was promised to be. Positive remarks talk about how nice it looks. The package that Microsoft™ has chosen for its new software is very similar to their latest operating system offering--great to look at, and impossible to figure out how to open. I was contemplating smashing it with a hammer, when the alternative of searching on Google™ for a method to open it was suggested. There is something inherently WRONG about a package that requires a Google search to find out HOW to open it.
So, for everyone out there contemplating the purchase of Office 2007, Vista, or whatever the next offering from Microsoft™ may be hidden inside of this bizarre package, here is a link with the photos to illustrate how to open the package. Maybe Microsoft™ will offer a down-loadable video presentation illustrating package opening for us in the near future. Of course, if we have Bill Gates on national television to show how to open the package, he won't be able to get it open either.

But, Bill Gates obviously has a sense of humor (besides the humor found in operating system after operating system)
